This home offers a combined living room/dining area that flows into the kitchen area. Enjoy cooking in the kitchen with all new appliances. And don't forget your K-cups for the Keurig Coffee maker! The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed and one twin. Sleeping up to 5 of your friends and/or family members.
Sunset Retreat has a covered patio under the house for enjoying canal breezes. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience after a long exciting day of fishing and fun in the sun. Along with all these great amenities comes a 70 ft long bulkhead along the canal
behind that house! There is plenty of room for fishing. We can't wait to see you!

The place was fine for us, but it was a little old and unkept for a recommendation. I would recommend one of your other properties before this one, but that does not mean I would not stay here again. The cabin was updated and clean, but for the price a few more updates would be nice. The window A/C units were noisy taking "white noise" to a whole different level. The toilet valve needs to be replaced/repaired as it was making some interesting noises as well. The downstairs concourse was messy with rusted fishing and crab nets. There has been no effort to landscape and make the outdoor experience nice. Even the driveway needs some gravel to take out the ruts to avoid twisted ankles, especially at night. There is a drain with sump pump in the middle of the patio and water gathers around it making the concourse unusable. I have no idea what the source of that water could be.... we even wondered if it was grey water sewage, thankfully it did not smell but we had to walk around it..... although it did provide a source of fresh water for the ducks which entertained us. Two wood lounge chairs by the water were nice, but that was it for outdoor lounge furniture. All others were cheap and rusted. We caught a 17" trout next to the neighbors green light. The owner might consider their own for the renters since the neighbor's light was not always on.
