Great location, but it came with a cost. this kitchen is not equipped whatsoever for people who like to cook. The only pan in the house was an 8 inch Teflon skillet that was scratched and rusted. Every knife in the knife block was duller than a spoon. The upstairs toilet rocked on the tile floor and did not even feel bolted down. The shower floor upstairs creaked so bad we thought we would fall through the floor. But the worst part of the whole thing was the child alarm to the back sliding door. There were no instructions on how to operate and the noise was deafening when it went off. Aside from that, the location was great, the house was clean, we had a good time, and the beach was easy to walk to as well as a couple of great places to eat. This was our seventh trip to 30-A and sadly, we would not recommend this place.

The location is the best. Just steps away from the crystal clear beach. The pool was also very nice and clean. Only issue I had was the furniture is very outdated and some was broke. I do think the price is a little steep for what you get.

This home was the perfect location as far as beach access and proximity to restaurants and shops. The pool was also nice to have when we needed a break from the beach. It was perfect for our little family. One suggestion - document and take pictures of any damage to the property (windows, doors, walls, etc). Keep that information until your stay is over.
