The property has a beautiful view of the bay. Living room/kitchen area is all windows, very well lit. It has all the appliances you would need to get by while on vacation. It has a washer and dryer right outside of the kitchen. It has a heated pool on property. Located right across the street from the beach. I had a great time. 5 minute drive to main highway, where all the restaurants and shopping’s located.

Lovely property and I have fallen in love with this complex and specific stretch of the beach. This unit met my needs overall, but there are many things that need to be addressed by the owner before I would stay here again. Most of them are things that wouldn’t necessarily be known without guest feedback - especially since the unit is so beautifully styled and seems to be in good condition at first glance. So I offer the following list in hopes it is helpful for the owner to address: *A repair person needs to be called to fix the clothes dryer, which takes 4-5 hours to dry a single load. Has to be horrible on the electric bill and it made laundry a frustrating affair. *The living room TV needs to be completely replaced. It glitches out every 3-5 minutes and resets itself completely - almost as if it’s been unplugged and restarted. It’s not functional in any way. *The living room ceiling fan doesn’t seem to work. This one could be our user error but we couldn’t figure it out. *The hallway bathroom bathtub doesn’t drain well, the vent fan doesn’t work at all, and the door doesn’t lock. *The toaster does not work; it’s completely broken and needs to be replaced. * The chairs on the front patio are cracked/busted and should be thrown out. Hope this is helpful! We did enjoy our stay here. But these things (especially the tv and dryer issues) really are critical to address.
