With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, Dolphin Watch 4 is the ideal condo for a small family vacation or friend’s trip getaway. The living area features an open floor plan that opens up to the balcony through the glass doors, which provides plenty of natural light and makes the condo feel spacious. Guests can enjoy beach views from nearly every seat in the house! Enjoy relaxing on the couch, which acts as a queen-sized sleeper sofa, while watching your favorite shows on the wall-mounted, 75-inch Smart TV. The condo’s seaside chic decor extends into the dining area, which features a dining table with seating for 6. The fully-equipped kitchen is airy with a great breakfast bar with bar stool seating for 3, updated appliances, and a brand-new granite countertop. The in-unit washer and dryer are located just off of the hallway.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king-sized bed and large flat-screen TV and has direct access to the balcony. That way, you can easily enjoy the fantastic views from the ample outdoor seating or the comfort of your bed! The attached bathroom has dual vanity sinks, a tub and shower combination, and a large closet. Bedroom 2 also features a king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 has two twin-sized beds; these two bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
The balcony is one of the best aspects of the condo and features six bar-height Adirondack chairs that make enjoying the beach views a breeze. Additionally, there is an outdoor dining table with seating for 8, which makes enjoying a meal with family and friends all the better.
This condo is the perfect setting to enjoy a Tybee Island vacation. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). There are two covered, reserved parking spaces in the garage for regular-sized vehicles. Note: Parking garages are very tight and may be too small for large vehicles. Maximum height of 6’
Note: This condo building is located just across the street from the public beach parking lot. This is paid parking provided by the City of Tybee Island.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

This unit had the best location imaginable. It's literally across the street from the beach, so we were able to go back and forth as we pleased. Having off-street parking was also great - we were there for July 4th weekend and parking was at a real premium on the island - meanwhile we were right in the middle of the action. The strip with all of the restaurants and stores was just a couple of blocks away. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The neighbors above us, apparently had children that ran through the condo above us from about 7:30am-10pm. So consider that when taking the 1st floor condo. I was told the company didn’t manage that property and couldn’t do anything about it. That made the days inside “relaxing”….not good.

VRBO was clean. Parking in garage is extremely tight. Great views off the porch, would be nice if ceiling fans out there. Just a few short blocks to the downtown area. Beach access is easy; beach clean. Would stay here again.

- 61+ Days Prior to Arrival, 15% is due at the time of Booking.
- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
