Paradise Splash's open layout encourages socialization and togetherness between the living room and kitchen, making it easy for those cooking to interact with others relaxing by the fireplace and using the Smart TV. The modern kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, has everything needed to prepare your favorite family recipes.
The primary bedroom at Paradise Splash is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day. With a comfortable king-size bed, you'll wake up feeling rejuvenated and ready for the day. The private entrance to the community bathroom boasts a luxurious steam shower. From the balcony, you can soak in the hot tub while taking in the breathtaking mountain views from the balcony. With plush furnishings and elegant decor, the primary bedroom is truly a serene haven.
The theater room is equipped with a large screen and comfortable seating. You can pop some popcorn, settle in and enjoy your favorite films in the comfort of your own private theater. There is also a futon bed available for any overflow guests.

We arrived 15 minutes early than the 4:00pm check in when I called property phone number they told me check in was 4:00 pm. The door code would NOT work until 4:00pm. So when it came to check out they told us 10:00am and if we was late it would coast us more $$$ . Most of the mini blinds was messed up, broke. Downstairs shower door was broken. They didn’t pick up trash all week. Cans was so full. They had a washer and dryer they worked but the dryer didn’t turn off as to what you set it for 30 minutes it was still running the next morning.

The parking was a major frustration. The area held 3 cars, but we still had to move one to overflow. It possibly could have held 4 cars. We did laundry daily due to there being enough towels and washcloths for one night/per person. There were multiple light bulbs that were burned out or burning out while we were there. Also, the dryer would not cut off on the dial timer. You had to physically open the door and make sure it was in "off." I understand not changing the thermostat, but the top floor was hot and the basement rooms were a freezer. Multiple blinds were broken, and a fan blade was missing. Overall, we enjoyed being there as a family, but for the price we paid, it seems that the property is not being well maintained.
