As you enter, you will be greeted by an inviting open living area, thoughtfully designed for your comfort. The living area features a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and has direct access to the balcony. Step out onto your very own private balcony, a slice of heaven where you can start your day by sipping a cup of coffee while the sea breeze sets your mind at ease. The fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals with ease and even features breakfast bar seating for 4. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, there are twin bunks in the hall for extra accommodations.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10`x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach & Racquet Club office, community grills, bike racks and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.
This building includes an elevator. (handicap-friendly elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for 1 vehicle, unassigned parking only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

I would the only problem I have was too many emails. The pick up spot should have been on the grounds. I had problems finding the location because my gps was picking up the address as 10th street. And not 1010. I just clicked the address and that’s were it sent me. That was a problem. The unit was nice other than the camera on the deck, being the only unit with one. An invasion on privacy. The elevator broke after we found it the second day. Maybe there should be a sign directing new patrons to it. Other than that, this was a nice stay. Fireplace and calling fans added a cozy feel.

- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
