Welcome to Cane Palm Beach Club 105, a gulf-front two-bedroom, two-bath condo located at the quieter North end of Estero Island, yet only about a 5-10 minute walk from the bustling Times Square, Lynn Hall Park, pier, and the numerous boutiques, restaurants, and night life afforded at this end of the island. This property's close proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. The Cane Palm Beach Club condo complex has its own heated pool, surrounded by chaise loungers for drying off in the sun after your swim. When you want to escape the heat, you can relax on the shady patio, or grab your friends for a game of shuffleboard. You will certainly enjoy the other amenities offered at Cane Palm, such as the coin-operated laundry room, pool and beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, and electric grills. Condo amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, all towels and linens, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. On arrival there is ample off-street parking. Entry is via elevator to the first floor above ground level and into the entry foyer and open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. Flooring is tile in the entry, kitchen and bathrooms, wood flooring in the dining and living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, utensils and dinnerware. The adjacent dining area has a desk with chair and a table seating four. This flows into the living area which is nicely furnished with a queen-size sleeper-sofa with end table and lamp with stacked tables on an area rug. Opposite this is a credenza with large flat screen TV and an Eames-type chair with ottoman. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access to the gulf-front screened-in balcony that is furnished with a patio table and chairs with an amazing panoramic view of the beaches and Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a queen-size bed, dresser, walk-in closet and wall-mounted flat screen TV. There are sliding glass doors out to the balcony. The bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass doors. The guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand and lamp and a chest of drawers. The adjacent guest bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and combination tub/shower.
