This ground-floor condo is light, bright, and beautiful – everything you want in a comfortable vacation rental. From here you’re just minute from Fort DeSoto North Beach, voted one of the very best beaches in the country, as well as Fort DeSoto Park. Just a short drive across the Bayway Bridge to Gulf Street and you’ll have restaurants and shops you can explore for days on end. You’ll also find biking and walking paths right outside your door that you can follow around the country club to get to Shopper’s Village.

Vista Verde North 2-110 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps up to six with the sleeper sofa. You’ll feel right at home the moment you enter your air-conditioned condo with its generous sliding glass doors that lets in lots of Florida sunshine. Relax on the couch and watch a movie on the cable flatscreen or surf the web using the condo’s free Wi-Fi. Just beyond your main living area is your dining room. Getting food to and from the kitchen is easy because the kitchen is just steps away. You’ll find everything you need to prepare your family’s favorites in this large, well-appointed kitchen.


Vista Verde North 2-110’s primary bedroom is the ideal retreat after a day of golf, beachcombing, or sightseeing. Your queen-sized bed will feel so wonderful and you have plenty of space to store your clothes in the dresser and closet. Before you drift off to sleep, turn on the TV and watch a little late-night programming. Your TV is perfectly positioned to watch from the bed. The en suite bathroom features a shower-tub combination and a large vanity with dual sinks.

The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds and a dresser that holds a TV. There’s a ceiling fan to stir the air-conditioned air and draw your guests into a deep sleep. The second bathroom within Vista Verde North 2-110 has a walk-in shower and vanity with a large mirror above the sink. You also have a full-sized washer and dryer within the condo. You can pack light knowing you can always run a load of wash.

1970’s flashback. Needs A LOT of upgrading. Sliding doors are all rusted, appliances are old decor is old. Small outdoor space. No privacy with all the golfers. And lots of car noise from main road.
