Originally built in 1930, much has changed over the years; however, it has always maintained the cool, breezy charm inside and out. The apartments have been refurbished while maintaining the original hardwood floors and beadboard walls. The eclectic Tybee feel can be seen with the fun pops of color in the bright sunny porches and throughout the interiors of the apartments. The building has received the distinction of being on the National Register.
The apartment's living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for a quick bite (no dishwasher), and there is bar seating for 4. The bedroom has a Queen bed and a TV, the attached bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Beachwalk Shared Amenities: There are two levels of large furnished porches for guests to enjoy the ocean breezes. We ask guests to be considerate of their neighbors and keep to the seating provided by each apartment. An enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower is located on the property, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Located in the rear of the building is a laundry room with a free washer and dryer for guests to use during their visit. This home is pet-friendly.
Located in the South End of Tybee Island, just five houses from the beach and within two blocks of many restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion. Beachwalk #3 includes one parking space. Park your car and walk everywhere!
All apartments offer Cable TV and High-speed Wireless Internet/WIFI.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.
Additional Parking: We now offer additional parking for our guests! The parking lot address is 12 17th Place.

We booked a last minute two day stay on Tybee Island. Great location, close to the beach, reasonable price, easy to find, parking outside front door and good communication for the rental company. We meet a great couple next door from Ohio which was an added bonus! Recommended place to stay for sure!

The walls are quite thin, so be aware of your volume, but also be prepared to hear your neighbors too. Our neighbors had what sounded like a knock out drag out one night and I thought they were going to come through the wall. I’m also certain they had two additional people staying there that shouldn’t have been there (5 people in a 1 bedroom/1 bath) which also made for more noise. Other than the noise, everything else was great! The walk to the beach was easy and comfortable as was the rest of the facility.

- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
