Terra Mar 706 has 2 bedrooms and a queen sized sofa sleeper. The living room is well-appointed with a tropical flair and plenty of seating for all your guests. It opens onto the screened balcony and is the perfect place for entertaining or just relaxing with friends. You are going to love the view! The breathtaking water views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico provide the backdrop for gorgeous fiery sunsets.
The kitchen of Terra Mar 706 has all the comforts of home. New appliances, tile flooring, ample countertops and all the dishes and gadgets you need to make light work of meal preparation. And there is plenty of room for everyone to eat at once. A bar area conveniently connects the casual dining area to the kitchen. Just think of the fun you will have when you gather around and discuss the day’s activities over a home cooked meal!
At the end of the day, you will want to retreat to the Primary Suite with its comfy newly updated (as of 2015) king sized bed. There are plenty of drawers for you to truly unpack so plan on staying awhile! The room adjoins the screened balcony that runs the length of the unit and has plenty of comfortable chairs for you to relax in. The Primary Suite also has its own private bathroom.
Your guests will be just as comfortable as you in the second bedroom. It has a newly updated queen sized bed, a flat screen TV, and also plenty of drawers for unpacking. There is a second full sized bathroom for their privacy and convenience.
And to make vacationing a breeze, free Wi-Fi is available throughout Terra Mar 706. Check your email, make dinner reservations, or reserve a golf tee time from anywhere within the condo. Be sure to update your family and friends and let them know what a great vacation you are having! There is also a stackable washer/dryer so you don’t have to leave the unit for mundane tasks that need to be done.
An elevator is available inside Terra Mar so you can come and go with ease and there is under building parking. Terra Mar 706 is a non-smoking rental and for those with allergies, pets are not allowed.
Terra Mar offers all the amenities you need for the perfect vacation without ever leaving the complex! You can rejuvenate and relax tired muscles in the heated in-ground pool. The unit offered just what we needed! We loved the recently remodeled kitchen and new master bedroom furniture and mattress felt great. The kitchen had every appliance you needed to prepare meals if needed. We also loved the proximity of great restaurants just across the road. We plan to visit again!Â

I have been staying at the Terra Mar for over 30 years,it is a perfect location for what we do on vacation. Plenty of restaurants and convenient shopping near by. Nice pool, very short walk to the beach. I have stayed in about 8 different units at the Terra Mar and 706 is as good or better than most. It is high enough to see over the trees and see the gulf. It is also not to close to the elevator which can be a little noisy.
