Brass Rails 203 is very comfortable and in the perfect location. Tybee Vacation rentals is very attentive to any questions we had. Love this place!

Not directly beach front, on the side behind another condo. Able to see ocean slightly from side balcony. Directions were clear and company was responsive. Walkable distance to everything in South Beach. Lots of loud construction happening during our stay early in the morning and throughout the afternoon. Pool and hot tub were not overcrowded at all. We would stay again!

We had a great and relaxing stay at Brass Condo Unit #203. The condo was easy to find with great instructions on how to access the covered parking area, condo unit door and pedestrian access to the beach. Communication with the rental agency was easy, proactive and friendly. They were quick to respond. The unit itself seemed to be recently renovated with updated appliances, beautiful finishes and great beach decor. The location was also ideal for Tybee Islans. It was only a few feet from the beach at 15th street, close to the pier and plenty of restaurants and ice cream places for dessert were within walking distances. The only suggestion would be that it would be nice for the unit to include some basics to get you started especially if you aren't driving to this location. Salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a few k-cups would have been nice to be included for the price customers are paying for the unit. Overall great unit and if we are back to Tybee Island, we'll book this unit again.

- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
