Luis' Lair is a one bedroom one bath condominium with a full kitchen so guests may prepare meals and enjoy a relaxing vacation at The San Luis Resort. Luis' Lair primary bedroom has a king-size bed, large flat-screen television, ceiling fan and nearby full bath with tub/shower combination. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area features a queen-size sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen television, table and four chairs for dining, or more casual four bar stools at the island peninsula! This property is tastefully decorated with a coastal theme - guests will never want to leave Luis' Lair! The washer/dryer in this unit is NOT for guest use. Guests may use the building laundry which is located at the end of the public hallway on the same floor as this unit.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Upon check-in guests will receive an access card (1) and key (1) required for condominium building entry, an assigned parking spot (1), pool bands and pool towel card. Guests are responsible and there are fees to replace these items. Additional parking is available in the parking lot behind the hotel.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

The inconvenience of having to pick up and return the key off site instead of simply using the mailbox like all the other units that rent this way. Too much trouble and I almost forgot to return it on the way home and has to turn around. I have other things to think about and this does not need to be one. There were a lot of texts and emails also. Too much useless and not needed info and made me worry I wasn’t doing something right.

- 46+ days prior to arrival, $300 is due at the time of booking if the total is less than $4000.

- After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
