Very accommodating and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. Easy access to dog walk and community pool behind property. We had a great vacation!

The neighborhood was very welcoming and clean. Easy check in. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, clean. The floor didn't seem real clean and there is an outlet in the raised bar in the kitchen that is loose. Pool was beautiful and great temperature. Very accommodating as there were 10 of us. We could have easily added 2 more. Beach access was a short 10 minute walk. Dogs enjoyed the neighborhood. Teenagers really enjoyed the bikes! We had a great vacation of family fun, play and relaxation! We will be back!

Property is fabulous! Could not have asked for a nicer place to spend the week. Only complaint is that we didn’t realize checkout was so early as most checkouts are at 11 am, not 9 am. I called to request late checkout 24 hours before and was told it was not possible to accommodate that request because it had to be made 5 days in advance. We are traveling with 4 kids and it will be very tough to get everyone out of the house by 9 am. I have never been told by a service provider that something like this was impossible to arrange because it’s just the policy not to make an exception, even if it would be possible to check out late without impacting the next guest. Flexibility in accommodating these kinds of guest needs is what separates the good from the great. I would strongly consider finding a way to make your process more flexible for guests, especially when traveling with children.

TVs were hard to use. Outside tv never did work. Loved the pool and nugget ice machine!

Stay was okay overall! Me and my group had no door code for when it was time for check-in. I messaged the host and no response, so I had to call Southern Vacation Rentals to finally get the door code to get in the airbnb. Overall , good stay!
