Absolutely great location and common spaces, bedrooms are small and AC does not work well in the bedrooms. Upstairs bathroom needs a better cleaning and new shower liner. Also neither bathroom had hand soap in the dispensers. Kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, cups, plates, bowls, silverware, spices, etc. All that said, we would certainly stay again. We had a fabulous vacation!

We had a fabulous stay at Sunset Beach House! The location cannot be beat! It’s maybe 100 steps to the pavilion or boardwalk leading right to the beach. Pavilion also has showers to rinse off after being on the beach, nice, clean bathrooms, and a playground area. We never had a problem finding a spot to setup on the beach no matter what time we went down, very calm area. Every afternoon/evening there was a large group of surfers that would gather and were awesome to watch. Not sure if that is the norm, but it seemed like a group that was more comprised of locals and a lot of them seemed to know each other, very cool! The kitchen was great, very well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, spices, tin foil, storage bags, etc. Loved the laundry that was just outside in a locked storage room that also included some beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Some areas that could have been improved were cleanliness off the bathrooms, particularly upstairs. They also were not stocked with hand soap. The biggest challenge for us was the AC in the bedrooms upstairs. If you did not leave the bedroom doors open, the rooms would get 10-15 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. Even with the doors open the rooms would still be hotter than the rest of the house. I think this is due to the high ceilings in the bedrooms, but it was frustrating. Overall, we would absolutely stay in the Sunset Beach House again! We had a fantastic time!

House was great for our family of 5. Just as shown in pictures. Well stocked. Parking is a bit tight but was manageable with a large truck and small car. Easy access to beach.
