Situated on exclusive neighborhood of Snell Isle in St. Petersburg, Florida, Dolphin Bayou comes with its own private heated pool and can accommodate up to eight people. Snell Isle is home to the historic and well-known Renaissance Vinoy Golf Club and Resort.

The home is located on a corner property directly on the water and has a private pier for fishing or docking your boat. The yard has a fire pit, perfect for evening talks as you watch the boats meander by.

Inside, the fresh, airy interior welcomes you with comfortable furnishings. The living room has two seating areas ideal for small groups to break off to play games or chat about the day’s activities. The fully equipped kitchen is just off the living room and comes with a breakfast bar with four barstools. To the side is a dining area. An enclosed porch fronting the water is lined with windows and is perfect for hanging out with friends and family as you watch the kids splash in the pool outside or catch the stunning Florida sunsets in the evening.

Featuring private access to the covered porch area is the primary bedroom, a cozy, light-filled room designed for your comfort. The modern bathroom features dual vanities along with a tiled shower. And there’s no need to bring along your own towels, as all linen and terry are provided for you.
