Bedrooms were nice sized. Some dresser drawers were broken. Hard to watch TV with light coming in on both sides of the TV. The back porch floor is really weak. The fenced yard is really small. Only one TV. The location is fantastic!! Also, in a nice neighborhood.

The location of this home was definitely my favorite part. It's so close to the boardwalk. I was able to walk everywhere. The property manager was very easy to get in contact with if we needed anything. The biggest ding would be that the middle bedroom bed needs to be replaced. The other beds were great. I would also say that the important information about the property could all be put into the listing. The portal was just a lot and a little overwhelming. I'm a new mom so finding the time to sit down and read everything was not something I could do. They only provide one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag. There aren't any extras in the home. We stayed for 5 days so that was kind of a hassle for us. The information is in the portal but trying to go in and read through everything just didn't happen so that's my fault. For future guests, bring those extra things. :) Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely come again.

This house has a great location. It is cute and comfortable. It has everything you need for a short stay at the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and the outdoor shower. The house had a slight smell, probably because it is an older home. We enjoyed watching the fireworks from the front porch.

Great location. Close to restaurants, beach, boardwalk and attractions, which was the main reason we took it. The house is old, not fancy at all and need some improvements, but clean and colorful. Having one bathroom only was a bit complicated for a large family. The outside shower helps, but not enough. We probably paid too much for it, but if you get a good deal, and you don't want to use the car much, the location really helps.

Just go and enjoy everything that the house has to offer and the proximity of all services and fun things to do and walking distance to the ocean, few minutes.
