You are in for a treat when you book your stay at Twin Palms 1703. The Emerald Coast with its silky white beaches and turquoise Gulf waters are right off your 17th-floor balcony. And talk about a balcony! This balcony is spacious and curved – one of the largest on the Gulf. There’s a table with four chairs and lounger, making it like having another room that open to the salty sea air. Plus you get free beach chairs and umbrella set up for you daily on the beach (in season)!
Twin Palms 1703 is a one-bedroom, two-bathroom, Gulf-front condo that sleeps up to six when the queen-sized sofa sleeper and twin bunk beds in the hallway alcove are put to use.
The condo’s open concept design creates a social connection between living, dining, and cooking areas. The living room has a TV with cable and comfortable furniture for lounging. There’s also free Wi-Fi so you can share your photos with friends back home. The expansive sliding glass doors open to the balcony and breathtaking views.
There’s a dining table for four, and also a table on the balcony that also seats four. Imagine dining al fresco as you watch the sunset over the Gulf each evening. Just steps from the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The handy breakfast bar will be a favorite place to sit and schedule your day’s activities. The phone is right by the bar for setting up tee times and making reservations. Just off the kitchen is a laundry area complete with stacked washer and dryer.
The Twin Palms 1703 bedroom includes a comfortable king-sized bed with a walk-in closet and a flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player. Just off the bedroom is the first bathroom with shower/tub combination and vanity with space to store your toiletries beneath. The second bathroom also includes a shower and tub combination. Guests will appreciate the convenience of having their own bathroom.
Twin Palms offers a host of amenities for your enjoyment. There’s an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, two outdoor hot tubs, a kiddie pool, exercise room, and both a sauna and a steam room. There’s also a wonderful picnic area near the beach with two stainless steel barbecue grills.
Near to Twin Palms, you’ll find miniature golf, a playground, and grocery. Of course, during your stay at Twin Palms 1703, you’ll want to try your hand at fishing off the Russell-Fields Pier, boating, and beachcombing steps from the resort’s pool.
The area also offers many other fun attractions for you and your guests. There’s golfing on lush courses and the Pier Park with 200 businesses offering shopping, dining, and entertainment. You’ll want to visit Wonderwork for laser tag, a space discovery adventure, and other educational fun. No trip to Panama City Beach is complete without a visit to Gulf World Marine Park and the St. Andrews State Park Nature Preserve. From May 26 through August 11, there is a 7-night minimum stay required, with a Saturday arrival and departure required.
