Grand Panama 1701
From your beachfront balcony on the 17th floor, you have million-dollar views of the Gulf, the beach, and the pier. Resort amenities and luxe furnishings combine to create the perfect vacation spot!
Grand Panama 1701 is one of the nicest condos in one of the nicest resorts in one of the nicest beach towns along the Gulf of Mexico. It's in Tower 1 -- oceanfront -- with an elevator taking you swiftly up to your own private eagle's nest in the sky! Grand Panama is a gated resort, with a huge oceanfront pool with sun shelf, several bubbly outdoor spas, and a big kiddie pool. Tower 2 contains the clubhouse with fitness center, meeting rooms, and more. There's even a gas grill for your use if you'd like to host a barbecue or simply dine al fresco! This resort commands nearly 700 feet of pristine white beach, kissed by the gentle waves of the Gulf. You can just imagine the sunsets!
As lovely as the Grand Panama resort itself is, the condo at 1701 is positively luxurious. Its oceanfront balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom, with a chaise longue in one corner and a table seating 6 on the other side. The balcony is covered, allowing sunlight to slant in at certain hours, so you get a nice mix of sun and shade. Certain to become your favorite spot at Grand Panama 1701, it offers balmy breezes and spectacular vistas at any time of day or night.
Step indoors from the balcony and find yourself in a handsomely furnished living room with a floor that may remind you of beautifully aged driftwood. There is a comfortable place for everyone to sprawl out here, whether in one of the two padded easy chairs or the long, sink-right-in couch. A wall-mounted HDTV, complete with cable and a DVD player, waits to entertain you. And sliding glass doors ensure that just because you have come inside, you don't lose that magnificent ocean view!
But you don't have to be in the living area to enjoy the view. Grand Panama 1701 has an open design, so the dining area and even the kitchen have a clear view of sea and sky. You won't miss a moment of the sunset just because you have to mix up another pitcher of margaritas!
The dining table, set for 6, is right beside a large window with a good view of the pier and the beach. No matter how much fun you've had on the sands during the day, just seeing this alluring sight may convince you to go back out and enjoy a twilight stroll along the edge of the water!
Supplemental seating is available at the breakfast bar just beyond the dining table. Let the kids have their own table here, or make your sous-chefs comfortable as they chop veggies for you! The granite countertops are so attractive in this up-to-the-minute galley-style kitchen, as are the stainless-steel appliances and tile backsplash. When you open the cupboards and drawers, you will find beautiful cookware, serving dishes, a full set of utensils, and plenty of cook's tools and gadgets. This is a family kitchen, suitable for making a several-course meal from scratch as well as saving you time with a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and other countertop appliances.
Grand Panama 1701 also features a recessed area in the hall, just big enough for a twin bed with a trundle beneath it! Use these beds for kids or for guests (who will no doubt appear when they learn you're staying in a beachfront condo in Panama City!). They are tucked neatly in a quiet corner, just right for undisturbed nights and late rising.
One of the two full bathrooms serves the common area of the condo and features both a tub and shower option. The other bath is part of the master suite, which is simply palatial. There is a king-sized bed here, sliding-glass door access to the balcony, a wall-mounted HDTV, and nonstop ocean views. The bath offers his-and-her vanities with granite countertops in a powder room separate from the bathing area. You will find a walk-in shower here, as well as a luxurious soaking tub. Everything is spotless and perfectly appointed. Such bliss!
The second bedroom at Grand Panama 1701 also features a private TV, as well as a queen-sized bed and a big window. Long drapes ensure that you can darken this room completely -- perfect for afternoon naps and sleep late in the morning! There is plenty of storage space here too, so go ahead and bring more than you need. It's your vacation, and you should have options!
Grand Panama 1701 includes a washer and dryer for your convenience, plus complete linen and towel sets for every bed and bath (including the trundle!). You have free WiFi here, and parking is close and convenient. Your dream Panama City Beach vacation awaits. Make your reservation today!
