The announcement marks an ambitious move towards further growth, technology innovation and acquisition in the vacation rental space.

VTrips is headquartered in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and has 150 employees in 19 markets across the United States, including Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, New Mexico and Hawaii. The company currently manages nearly 2000 properties under exclusive contracts and aims to further consolidate its position with a scalable technology platform while simultaneously aggregating a differentiated supply of exclusive contracts through superior operational services and strategic acquisitions.

Founded in 2006 by Steve Milo with just 15 properties in North Florida, VTrips, has created a technology platform that brings together the best practices of online travel agencies and traditional vacation rental management companies creating a sticky and intrinsic value for both consumers and vacation rental property owners.

VTrips will continue operating Vacation Rental Pros as a sub-brand within the company alongside 17 other vacation rental brands owned and operated by the company in 19 different markets, with further acquisitions in the pipeline.
