With two levels of wrap-around porches showcasing sweeping ocean views, this elevated beach home invites you to soak in salty breezes, watch cargo ships glide by, and catch glimpses of playful dolphins — all just less than a block from private beach access. <br /><br />
The main living level is perched on the top floor, designed to maximize views and natural light. An open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating a welcoming space for gathering. Coastal décor, a spacious sectional, and a flat-screen TV set the tone for relaxed beach living. Step outside to the expansive wrap-around porch, where outdoor dining, bar-height seating, and porch swings create the ultimate spot for sunset dinners and lingering evenings overlooking the bay. <br /><br />
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, a large island with seating, and everything needed to prepare vacation meals with ease. Just off the living area, the primary suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a spacious ensuite with double vanity, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. A half bath completes this level. <br /><br />
Downstairs, three additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations. One guest suite features a queen bed, ensuite bath, and porch access. Two more bedrooms — one with a queen bed and bay views, and another with two twin XL beds — share a hall bath. An additional living area with sleeper sofa and Roku TV is perfect for movie nights or quiet downtime. <br /><br />
Outside is where this home truly shines. The brand-new in-ground pool (heat available for an additional fee) is set within a fully fenced backyard, offering a private oasis for relaxation and fun. The fire pit is conveniently located near the pool, creating a cozy gathering spot for evenings under the stars. Additional outdoor features include a gas grill, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, laundry room, and parking for four vehicles.<br /><br />
